Thanks Sam. Are you going to be at the Sheffield show on Sunday, September 5? I will be attending the show. I think your decision about starting modestly and resisting the temptation to get a lot of strains is correct. About allow yourself some indulgences :D

As a recent new member to Guppy Designer and not having kept tropical fish for some time, although i have always had an interest in the Guppy from the myriad of species available in the UK, your website is superb. Just what the begginer wants, information! Although much of the info given is above my head at this time, I am impressed with the simplistic yet in many cases scientific approach you have in delivering articles. I am still in the process of collecting and evaluating data to determine how best to progress with this rekindled interest in the Guppy. It is clear to me that initially the acquisition of a small tank with a trio of Guppies is the way forward, and not get too carried away with fish houses and large varieties of gyppies. So again, thank you for this splendid site, and send best wishes all guppy fanciers every where. Sam.
